-SKILLS OVERVIEW for reading:

 Below is the Unit 5 Overview which is actually the last reading unit in our curriculum. Printing this off and looking at it weekly will help you reinforce with your child the sounds and words we are working on for that week.

-Here is a really great webpage that helps answer many questions that parents have about our Bridges Math Curriculum:

-Mrs. McAtee, our math facilitator, showed my class last year this great website for math games and practice. Time, money, addition, and subtraction are the areas we use it for most commonly.

Here is the spelling city link that has our spelling words for this week and practice for our test on Friday. I will be testing different than a numbered spelling test. They will be writing a story with the spelling words in them so that it is more applicable than just memorizing the word. (Ask your kids to tell you about what they are learning about the spelling rule for this week so they really understand the words instead of just memorizing them):
